蜂蜜是蜜蜂採集植物的花蜜，經過蜜蜂的咽頭腺分泌酵素，將花蜜成份中的
多醣類轉為可直接被人體吸收的單醣。蜂蜜主要成份是果糖、葡萄糖、微量維生素、
礦物質、及酵素等花之菁華，人體易於吸收且不造成身體的負擔，可迅速補充熱量，恢復活力。
  
且真蜜中含有高成份的鉀，血液中鉀含量高時，鈉含量就會降低，因而長期飲用蜜能調整現代人酸性體質的通病。蜂蜜實為人類最天然之養生食品。  
 

The honey is made by the nectar collected by bees and processed via the enzyme produced by the throats of bees which transfers the polysaccharide of the pollen to the directly absorbable monosaccharide. The major ingredients of honey are fructose, glucose, trace vitamins and minerals, and enzyme –the extracts of flowers- the absorbability for human body without burden can supply the heat and revive the vigor.
